This Champagne Cocktail was improvised last night at #Miercolitos.
It was a total hit! So, I thought I'd share it with you guys.
We were preparing them two by two, so these measurements will perfectly fill two flutes.
Using a jigger measure and pour..
4oz Pear infused Vodka
2oz Pear Juice/Nectar
1oz Lemon Juice
...into a cocktail shaker and shake with ice.
Fill two champange flutes halfway with this mix (minus the ice, obviously) and top with champange.
We garnished with raspberries, but you can get creative or leave it as is.
