It has been such a busy week and it doesn't look like it will be slowing down! No complaints, but during times like these it is important to have a few quick, go-to hair options.  This ponytail (worn by the lovely Olivia Wilde), which my sisters and I usually refer to as the "Gossip Girl" pony since we first spotted it on Blake Lively, is definitely one of my favorite ways to make a quick 'do fabulous. 

ASOS Marketplace

The UK fashion shopping site, ASOS, recently launched what they call the global fashion democracy.  Marketplace users can shop, sell, follow or blog (creating "the people's runway").  The relationship between consumers and fashion business continually becomes more interactive and reciprocate. These opportunities for anyone to curate their own online boutique via a huge international shopping site is evidence of that phenomenon.   Independent boutiques and labels, vintage clothing specialists and emerging designers -- "discover someone."

LOUIS VUITTON: THE ART OF FASHION

 "LOUIS VUITTON: THE ART OF FASHION" exhibit opens just in time for the start of Milan's Fashion week! Curated by Katie Grand, the exhibit will run until October 9 at Milan's La Triennale design museum.  The "Speedy" heads and playful mix of iconic LV fashion is awesome! A proper tribute to Marc Jacobs' whimsical designs and immense talent.

AN EVENING BY SHERRI HILL, hosted by KENDALL JENNER

What a crowd there was at this show!!!  "An Evening by Sherri Hill" was put on by PlanetPR and held at the Trump Tower on Fifth. Even Donald himself showed up for this one! The evening wear looked amazing as the models (including Kendall Jenner, Cassidy Gifford & Miss China) strutted down the runway. There was so much movement and detail - it was just gorgeous!  Kendall's big sisters Kim & Kourtney Kardashian attended the event to support the up-and-coming model.  Kathy Lee Gifford, Hoda Kobt, Bobbie Thomas  were also there in support of KLG's daughter, Cassidy.

WILDFOX COUTURE - LAUNCH PARTY @ THE SoHo HOUSE

The Wildfox Couture Spring 2012 launch party hosted at the SoHo House was so cool! The clothes, jewelry and campaign posters were strewn around the room as the models chilled with the rest of the party-goers, drinking cocktails and getting their dance on. The laid-back feel and eclectic boho fashions totally evoked West-Coast style.  Definitely one of the highlights this week!!
